3. What is the minimum subscription period?
The minimum subscription period would be 3 months.
4. Will there be refunds for termination?
Refunds would only be available for termination stipulated by G-Office. For qualified refunds of payment done online, the refunds will be done by cancellation of your payment through our ecommerce provider. Fees may apply.
5. Can I upgrade to a better package during the period?
Definitely! You just need to top up the difference. And furthermore, there will be no administrative charge for upgrade to a higher-priced package.
6. How does G-Office virtual office allow my business to grow?

You can choose by auto or manual. By auto, all calls to your number will be forwarded to your specified number almost immediately. Out GSS (G-Office Self-service System) will allow you to change your specified number at any time online.
By manual (FirstClass), G-Office virtual office operator will answer your calls in the name of your business. Based on your specific instructions, our virtual office operator will seamlessly forward your calls to your specified number (a cell phone for when you're on the road, a central office phone or your home phone) anywhere in the world.
9. When can I receive the inbound fax?
All inbound fax will be redirected to your email almost immediately (Adobe PDF format file). You can also access to your fax pages 24/24 via our GSS (G-Office Self-service System)

10. How are my virtual office Voicemail handled?
You can select to use the voicemail or not using this function via our GSS. If enabled, should you be unavailable, your incoming calls will be re-directed to your voicemail. When the voicemail is recorded, G-Office will send to your email (under media player format).
By using our GSS, you can change your email to handle the voicemail or access the voicemail 24/24 online.
11. Does G-Office virtual office include a solution for meeting with clients or partners?
In addition to your virtual office business address and message handling, you will have access to the G-Office meeting room on a pay-per-use basis. This service is great for those times when you need to conduct business face to face.
12. How does your office look like?

14. When can I use G-Office Registered Address?
The Registered Address can be used instantly after registration. However, you may also use our registered address for your business/company registration with DPI (Department of Planning & Investment - HoChiMinh city) before registration with G-Office.
15. Which comes first? Registration with DPI or getting G-Office service?
Either ways work. However, if you wish to register with G-Office before going to DPI (Department of Planning & Investment - HoChiMinh city) (www.dpi.hochiminhcity.gov.vn), you could used the proposed G-Office Registered Address during your registration process.
Please take note that all payment must be done within 5 working days since G-Office registration or registration with DPI, whichever comes first
16. How does virtual office mail forwarding work?
Virtual office mail forwarding services will forward postal mail received at your virtual office business address to your preferred location.
17. How fast will I receive my forwarded mails?

Mails to within Vietnam: Typically, Vietnam Post will deliver all mails to you within 2-3 working days. However, delivery of mails may be delayed during public holidays.

Mails to Foreign Address: For delivery to foreign address, it may take up to 1-2 weeks for mails to be delivered. All mails will be delivered via airmail service.
18. How safe is the forwarding of mails?
Although we take all precautions, there are a few instances where customers did not receive their mails. For all mailing services, we depend solely on the normal postal services of Vietnam Post and telecom service and sincerely apologized in cases where safe delivery of mails is compromised.
19. How safe is the collection of mails?
For collection of mails, we will require the person to produce their identification such as Passport or Driving License. If no identification can be produced, we will have to call the customer directly for verification.
20. What if my customers or partners visit the office?
Our receptionist will inform them that you are currently out of office and would reply their message to you. Note: We will try out best to ensure that your customers or partners "feel" that the office belongs to you. However, if common senses prevail, we have no choice but to inform them that the office is actually a shared office between your company and ours. Last resort would be to inform them that it is a registered office. This depends on the situation at hand.
